The Center for Contemplative Studies will be hosting a Fall Retreat on November 2, 2013 from 9:30am to 5:00 pm.
Join us for a day of guided mindfulness practice, including sitting, walking, yoga, qi gong, and sensory awareness. We'll meet at 9:30am, practice through the morning, share a silent luncheon, practice some more, and spend the hour from 3 to 4 in dialogue about our experiences together. Yoga mats and meditation cushions will be available, but feel free to bring your own. Please bring a lunch, so that we may stay together and share the quiet.
